Enjoy this seasonal practice of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation in the Garden. We will be focusing on Practices of Patience. As Yogi Bhajan reminds us, patience pays. Explore Kriyas and Meditations that strengthen our ability to sit in patience, and reap the rewards.

Offered twice a month for the summer. The garden holds 11 yoga mats, so register to confirm a space. Drop-ins are welcome based on availability (reach out a day in advance to see if a spot is available). Address is provided once you are registered.

Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and additional supports for a comfortable seat.

Classes will be approximately 1.5 hours to accommodate longer meditations.
