Join Jay Suttonbrown as we explore each of the 10 Bodies of Kundalini Yoga with practice, meditation and study. The 10 Bodies are holistic and consistent. They have different functions and are equally important. Nivair Singh Khalsa notes, “When you are operating successfully through these bodies, there is a paradigm of success. It is a model of human excellence.”

We will Explore:

  • Experience of One Body each week with appropriate Kriya sets, Mantra and Meditation.

  • The philosophy and actuality of each Body.

  • How to balance the 10 Bodies for harmonious integration.

  • Be prepared for practice and discussion.
