We will Explore:

  1. Our attachments to our habits, and how they may serve or disservice our life path.

  2. Learn Meditations to cultivate mindfulness.

  3. Learn Meditations to balance the Mind, and calm the nervous system in our fast-paced, information loaded world.

  4. Learn:

    1. Shuniya - the zero point, moving to merge.

    2. Sadhana, Aradhana and Prabhupati: The Stages of Daily Practice

    3. Sadhana: the Ultimate Approach to Change

    4. Meditating with Silent Awareness or with Mantra

    5. Meditation: The Art of Breaking Habits



Training Includes:

  • 14 Hours of Direct Training, 1 Hour Homestudy

  • 40 Day Meditation

  • 15 Continuing Education Credits, Yoga Alliance verification by Manipura Yoga College
