The essential job for every person on the planet is to activate the spiritual power within them. This fundamental process is known to the yogis as Kundalini.

Many of us often misunderstand the Kundalini process. Simply put, it is the requirement for all who wish to experience supreme love, boundless radiance, and true prosperity.

We will Explore:

  1. Personal transformation and deepening the core capacities, character and consciousness.

  2. Learn the Chakra system in depth by experiencing your relationship to the energy centres.
  3. We will deepen our understanding the integrated relationship of the Chakras, Meditation, Kriya and Mantra (Naad).

  2. Learn Meditation and Mindfulness practices, and to cultivate mindfulness in each Kundalini practice.

Hatha Foundations Series with Jay Suttonbrown, E-RYT 500

Do you have questions about poses and postures that you never seem to "get"? Have certain poses become "stale"? In this UNIQUE WORKSHOP series, we will work through the physical and energetic mechanics in depth.

Each participant will receive individual attention in co-creating the best shapes for their bodies, and the opportunity to learn from the group experience about postures in a whole new way.

This is for all levels, all bodies, all abilities! Jay creates a WARM, SAFE SPACE to explore. No pose is too basic. LET'S re-open our beginner's mind.

Maximum of 15 students to ensure individual support. Register early to avoid disappointment.
