June 22-24, 2018
Island lavender farm, victoria
A Powerful Weekend of Yoga, Sunshine and the Sea
A farm, an experience, a gateway between the ocean and the forest. Set in Metchosin on one of the very first farms in British columbia.
Come and experience Summer Solstice as never before.
Acres of Lavender in bloom.
Embrace Yoga practices to stir the solar fires, open the heart, and deeply experience the power within.
Dine on sumptuous vegetarian meals laid on tables in the fields, plates filled will the bounty of farm.
Sleep deeply in beautifully appointed tents, hand-crafted beds with soft mattresses, fine linens and the earth sounds to sweeten your dreams.
Explore the 15 minute walk to the sea through the coastal rainforest, feel the sand between your toes, the sun on your face, and resonate with the ocean sounds of serenity.
Swing on chairs suspended from apple trees as you dive into a wonderful book or simply daydream.
Create your own soap with fresh lavender and take home the scents of your experience.
Book a massage and surrender to healing hands.
Soothe your soul in the private outdoor shower enclosed in the forrest.
Remember how to dance, freely, with abandon.
*All activities are optional with plenty of space to just read, relax or play.
Jay Suttonbrown, E-RYT 500 and Director of Manipura Yoga College, will guide you on a journey to the self. Experience Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga and Meditation, and Yoga Nidra in the expansive open air barn overlooking the lavender fields.
This is an all-levels experience. Excellent for newer practitioners and experienced yogis. Please bring your yoga mat, curiosity and BIG LOVE.
