Kundalini Foundations provides a strong understanding of the depth and breadth of the practices of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation. This is an introduction to the incredible practices available to you through the Kundalini Yoga and Meditation tradition.
Kundalini Foundations will teach you how to access the tools of Kundalini Yoga. You will be introduced to the myriad of kriyas, mantras, mudras, and meditations to work on all levels of your being.
Kundalini Foundations includes:
history and philosophy of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation as taught by Yogi Bhajan
the Energetic body, 10 Bodies and the Chakra system
the Yoga of Naad and Laya Yoga (the science of sound) and the power of mantra
an understanding of the purpose and execution of kriya, meditation, pranayama, and mudra to raise Kundalini energy and create a deep connection within.
the tools to develop and maintain a powerful personal sadhana (your daily practice) to create the life you want to expand
the tools to teach an inspiring Kundalini Yoga class
